Bloom Tutoring
Academic support that actually sticks.
Bloom Tutoring is Jenna's specialized academic practice, and a trusted partner in the Root to Rise Collective ecosystem. We are a small, carefully supervised team of skilled educators who build real relationships with the children they work with, track progress consistently, and adapt their approach to meet each child exactly where they are.
Every session includes progress monitoring and monthly notes shared with parents and teachers, because you should always know how your child is doing and where they're headed.

Our Approach
Every child who comes to Bloom is unique. Some need a steady, encouraging hand through grade-level work. Some need a specialist who can rewire how they learn. Some just need someone who shows up consistently and makes them feel capable.
Jenna oversees all tutoring services at Bloom; every tutor on the team is trained, supervised, and aligned with Bloom's standards for progress tracking, communication, and student-centered instruction. This ensures that you are getting a thoughtful match.

For students whose reading struggles feel bigger than "just behind", including those with dyslexia, auditory processing challenges, or other language-based learning differences, structured literacy is the gold standard of intervention.
At Bloom, we offer both Wilson Reading and Orton-Gillingham (OG), two of the most rigorously researched and widely respected structured literacy approaches available. Both are systematic, sequential, and multisensory, meaning students learn through seeing, hearing, and doing, not just memorizing.
