strong roots. bright futures.
You know your child better than anyone.
And right now, something feels off.
Maybe you've been told your child "needs services" but no one has helped you figure out what that actually means. Maybe a teacher flagged something. Maybe you don't even have words for it yet — just a feeling in your gut that won't go away.
You're not imagining it. And you don't have to figure this out alone.
Root to Rise Collective is a concierge family support service. We listen, build your personalized Roadmap, connect you with the right specialists, and stay with you every step of the way — so your family finally has someone in its corner.

There's a space between noticing something is wrong and knowing what to do about it. It can last months. Sometimes years.
Most families spend that time bouncing between providers, sitting on waitlists, attending meetings full of jargon, and trying to coordinate everything themselves — while also, you know, raising a child.
At Root to Rise Collective, we close that gap. We sit with you, build your Roadmap, make the introductions, coordinate the pieces, and check in — all the way through. This is concierge family support, and there's nothing else quite like it.

We've built an ecosystem of trusted services under one roof so your family doesn't have to piece it together alone.

Meet the Team
Jenna brings over 11 years in special education, academic intervention, Wilson Reading, and Orton-Gillingham. She's the navigator — the one who builds the plan, makes the calls, and holds it all together for your family.
Elena is a licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LPC) and doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology. She's the clinical mind behind the emotional support layer — grounded, trauma-informed, and deeply committed to whole-family care.
Together, they built Root to Rise Collective because they'd seen too many families fall through the cracks — and refused to let that keep happening.
What Makes Us Different
We start with listening. Before we recommend anything, we want to understand your child — not just their challenges, but who they are.
We give you a real Roadmap. Not a vague suggestion or a list of phone numbers. A clear, personalized plan with providers, timelines, and goals your whole team can follow.
We stay with you. We don't hand you a list and disappear. We check in every other week, adjust the plan, and keep showing up until things feel steady.
We bring the whole picture. Academic support and emotional wellbeing under one roof — because children don't separate the two, and neither do we.
We speak your language. Whether you're deep in IEPs and evaluations or just starting to put words to a feeling, we meet you where you are. No jargon. No judgment.
You've Read This Far. That Means Something.
Most parents who land here already know something needs to change. The first step is just a 15-minute conversation — free, low-pressure, and focused entirely on your child.
You talk. We listen. We take it from there.
